27+ Bathroom Ceiling Leak Or Condensation Images. I'm worried that it might be a leak (i live on the first floor apartment) but i don't see any more water coming down or water leaking from it. Sounds like you found part of the problem (poor insulation=condensation), but since that is fixed and you still have condensation, i have to wonder also about the ventilation in that bathroom?
It may be better to get the affected area filled with insulation rather than pulling the i have the same problem in the bathroom. Condensation is the bane of every bathroom. Over time, the rubber breaks.
If you confirm that any of these is the issue, and not the roof, you can either have the plumber address the leaking pipes or bathroom fixtures or your hvac unit's condensation line.
These could be supply pipes, which could be leaking or possibly have their own serious condensation problems, or they could be drain pipes, in which case. Even hvac condensation wouldn't cause that unless the drain pan overflowed and the pump failed. The leak is still there. I'm certain there is a lot of condensation in the duct especially in winter but there is sufficient airflow to evaporate what does condense so it's not a problem.
